Are you ready to go raw!!!!

The trend is growing. Every day more and more people are taking control of their health and well being through switching to a diet of living/raw foods. The reasons vary.

The Raw Auzzie’s 7 keys to success!

  1. Drink water! Start your day with two glasses of warm water. The second one squeeze half a lemon . Drink a glass of water between meals and one an hour after dinner.
  2. Drink green/vegetable juices or green smoothies in the morning for breakfast. (I like to do the same for lunch but it is not necessary. Especially if you are transitioning and need a more substantial meal)
  3. Eat one or two green salads every day. (make sure you don’t eat the same thing every day. Change it up. The plant kingdom is vast… educate your body.. try new things!!!)
  4. Include superfoods and/or superherbs in your meals.
  5. Digestion needs at least three hours and detox starts after four hours. So if you are physically able, try not to snack between meals to allow for time to digest and detoxify the body. Keep busy so you are not thinking about food.
  6. Exercise.
  7. Do deep breathing exercises.
